智通财经APP获悉，百仕达控股(01168)跌近5%，截至发稿，跌4.99%，报8港元，成交额638.28万港元。
消息面上，近日，百仕达控股发盈警，集团预期截至2025年6月30日止6个月取得本公司拥有人应占亏损不超过5.35亿港元，而去年同期则取得约1.505亿港元。
公告称，有关亏损增加乃主要由于截至2025年6月30日止6个月确认本公司可换股债券的公允值亏损约4.979亿港元。董事会谨此强调该公允值亏损为非现金会计调整，不涉及任何现金流出，亦不反映本集团的基础核心经营表现，而是归因于对相关会计准则的应用及遵守。
