Vicinity Centres Posts Higher Fiscal Year 2025 Funds From Operations, Flat Revenue

Vicinity Centres (ASX:VCX) reported Wednesday fiscal year 2025 funds from operations of AU$0.1479 per share, up from AU$0.146 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.15.

Total revenue and income for the 12 months ended June 30 reached AU$1.33 billion, mostly unchanged from AU$1.33 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$978 million.

The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.605 per share, up from AU$0.59 a year earlier, payable Sept. 16 to shareholders on record as of Aug. 26.
