ChainCatcher 消息，据市场消息，Bitcoin Standard Treasury Co.（简称 BSTR）正准备通过与 Cantor Equity Partners (CEPO) 的合并登陆纳斯达克，目前已在资产负债表上持有 30,021 枚比特币，并计划将持仓增加至 50,000 枚以上。
这意味着它有望超过 MARA Holdings (MARA)，成为仅次于 MicroStrategy (MSTR) 的第二大企业比特币持有者。MARA 拥有 50,600 枚以上比特币，而 MicroStrategy 的持仓则接近 629,000 枚。
目前，MSTR、MARA 和 BSTR 共计持有约 71 万枚比特币，占比特币 2100 万枚固定供应量的约 3.38%。这笔交易预计将在第四季度完成，公司将在纳斯达克以 BSTO 代码挂牌。若融资全额完成，BSTR 将刷新企业比特币财政规模纪录，并为其他公司提供一个将健全货币与现代市场工具结合的范例。
