智通财经APP获悉，香港置业研究部董事王品弟表示，据土地注册处最新资料显示，香港本月至今(截至18日)住宅物业(包括一手私宅，二手私宅及二手公营房屋)录3,058宗注册，虽较上月同期的3,738宗减少约18.2%，但若以目前注册进度推算，料8月全月录约5,500宗，仍高于今年首7个月平均每月约5,255宗。
鉴于签署买卖合约至递交到土地注册处注册登记需时，8月注册个案一般主要反映7月市况。
若以三区划分本月至今住宅物业注册量按月同期表现，当中新界区住宅物业录1,617宗注册，较上月同期的1,674宗减少约3.4%;九龙区住宅物业录850宗注册，较上月同期的1,094宗减少约22.3%;港岛区住宅物业录591宗注册，较上月同期的970宗减少约39.1%。
若以金额划分本月至今住宅物业注册量按月同期表现，当中逾500万至1,000万港元住宅物业录1,203宗注册，较上月同期的1,323宗减少约9.1%;500万港元或以下住宅物业录1,377宗注册，较上月同期的1,746宗减少约21.1%;逾1,000万港元住宅物业录478宗注册，较上月同期的669宗减少约28.6%。
