智通财经APP获悉，赛晶科技(00580)早盘涨超9%，截至发稿，涨8.38%，报1.81港元，成交额2774.8万港元。
消息面上，赛晶科技拟于8月22日(本周五)举行董事会会议以审批中期业绩。公司此前发布盈喜，预计上半年纯利约9000万人民币，同比增长约167%，主要由于期内远期外汇合约收益大幅增加。上半年收入预计增长约34%至8.8亿人民币，归因工程项目的产品陆续交货；及自产绝缘栅双极型晶体管的收入增加。
值得注意的是，公司附属赛晶半导体近日与投资者签署股权转让协议。赛晶半导体将收购及投资者将出售湖南虹安的全部股权，总代价为人民币1.8亿元。管理层认为，赛晶和湖南虹安可在碳化硅(SiC)技术上实现高度互补，以及可为赛晶补充客户资源以及上游供应链资源。本次交易对赛晶半导体的长远发展具有战略意义。
