Cazaly Resources (ASX:CAZ) said a 3,500-meter air core drill program began at the Goongarrie gold project in Western Australia to test the Menzies shear corridor in zones of structural complexity around magnetic anomalies, after securing the required approvals, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The magnetic anomalies and structural complexities were highlighted in recently reprocessed aeromagnetic data, the filing said.
Its shares fell 15% in recent trading on Tuesday.
