消息面上，近日，美国心脏协会（AHA）、美国心脏病学会（ACC）等多家机构联合发布了新版成人高血压的预防、检测、评估和管理指南，对2017年版指南进行了重要修订。新版指南在高血压的诊断、风险评估及治疗等方面均有更新，旨在更精准地指导临床实践，降低心血管疾病（CVD）风险。其中，去肾神经术（RDN）成为新增推荐的治疗方式。
另值得关注的是，此前有报道指，美国医疗保险和医疗补助服务中心（CMS）发布新RDN医保提案。新提案建议将RDN纳入未控制高血压患者的医保覆盖范围。该提案已启动30天公众评议期，最终决定预计于2025年10月8日或之前公布。
