路透北京8月19日 - 中国个人电脑（PC）巨头--联想集团0992.HK周一表示，公司正加速推进在中东地区的战略扩张，将在沙特阿拉伯首都利亚德设立区域总部；该总部旨在提升联想在沙特的运营能力，支持更广泛的区域战略。
联想集团在一份新闻稿中称，新的区域总部将设立在利雅得标志性建筑--Majdoul大厦，公司并已任命沙特阿拉伯市场管理团队。
联想计划在沙特投资旗舰零售空间、大客户中心、研发、市场营销和战略合作，更加贴近当地及中东客户，促进创新、加强合作并增强区域领导力。
据联想介绍，Majdoul大厦是多个沙特公共投资基金（PIF）实体、政府机构和科技公司所在地，公司得以处于沙特创新和工业转型格局的中心。
作为此次合作的一部分，联想和Alat埃耐特已于今年2月在沙特综合物流特区（SILZ）运营的“利雅得综合区”园区内开始建设一座先进制造工厂。新工厂预计于2026年开始试生产，预计年产笔记本电脑、台式机、手机及服务器等产品数百万台。
联想集团上周公布，尽管面对美国关税政策及其他地缘政治动荡的挑战，集团核心业务的实力仍然强劲；截至6月止的2025/26财年第一财季净利润同比大增108%，超过市场预期，收入同比增22%并创下历史新高。
联想集团董事长杨元庆此前表示，公司将进一步实现供应链多元化，并计划在中国境外开设更多制造工厂。（完）
