华西证券研报指出，洁美科技子公司柔震收购江西鸿美，加快复合集流体布局。江西鸿美致力于柔性复合材料及热管理材料的研发与生产，主要产品包括镀锡铜箔、PI镀铜锡、PET镀铜、PET镀钛及铝镀铜等，产品主要应用于光伏、新能源、6G电子信息等行业。交易完成后，江西鸿美现有生产线经过适当改造后能够直接投入使用，实现复合集流体相关业务、资产及人员一体化整合，对控股子公司柔震科技的产能扩张、产业基地布局、整体盈利能力、经营业绩将起到积极作用。维持“买入”评级。
