智通财经APP讯，稻香控股(00573)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止六个月将取得母公司拥有人应占亏损约3500万港元至4500万港元，而去年同期则取得母公司拥有人应占溢利400万港元，主要归因于集团的收益较截至2024年6月30日止六个月期间减少5%至15%。
本期间内，全球经济持续受到地缘政治及宏观经济不确定因素的影响，经济增长放缓。香港餐饮市场方面，本地顾客北上消费成风及中国内地旅客消费模式转变，以致整体经营环境仍然充满挑战。中国内地方面，行业面临着大型企业宴会和庆典活动减少、激烈的市场竞争、以及消费者普遍更偏好外卖而非堂食的趋势。面对充满挑战的市场环境，集团推出更具吸引力的菜单、推广迎合市场及顾客口味的产品、实施严格控制食材和营运成本措施，以及善用科技提升产品和服务质素。此外，集团致力透过线上线下的营销渠道加强集团品牌的知名度，从而提升市场竞争力，促进业务可持续发展。
