智通财经APP讯，天鸽互动(01980)公布，预期公司于2025年上半年取得收益约人民币3240万元，而截至2024年6月30日止六个月的收益则约人民币530万元;及于有关期间取得股东应占净亏损约人民币2240万元，而截至2024年6月30日止六个月则为股东应占净溢利约人民币4410万元。
董事会认为，同比由净溢利转为净亏损的主要原因为：产品孵化成本增加-集团聚焦于同时在多个地区投资及孵化多个在线互动娱乐平台的策略，导致大量资源投入产品孵化，从而使成本增加;及公平值亏损-宏观经济因素(包括加征对等关税)导致集团金融投资产生公平值亏损。
尽管存在上述不利消息，惟于有关期间集团的营运及现金流量仍维持稳定。
