智通财经APP讯，美东汽车(01268)发布公告，预期2025年中期取得公司权益股东应占亏损。
董事会认为2025年中期公司权益股东应占亏损主要归因于以2025年上半年宏观经济因素、国内消费力持续减弱、乘用车供需格局失衡、愈演愈烈的价格战，尤其对豪华车的影响加剧。根据现时可得的资料，尤其考虑到针对超豪华小汽车的消费税增加导致对超豪华车未来业绩的影响以及预期按揭返佣比率下降导致预期未来按揭申请服务收入的下降，公司在外部估值师的协助下进行减值评估，对若干表现欠佳的现金产生单位于2025年上半年确认非现金的商誉及经销商权减值合计不少于人民币8亿元，对比2024年中期的非现金商誉及经销商权减值合计约人民币1.5亿元。
主要受上述各因素影响，预期2025年中期的公司权益股东应占亏损不少于人民币8亿元，对比2024年中期的公司权益股东应占亏损约人民币0.3亿元。
董事会认为集团整体财务状况稳健良好，经营活动现金流健康。集团将继续保持审慎稳健的财务策略。
