8月20日金融一线消息，天眼查工商信息显示，近日，广州农商银行发生工商变更，注册资本由约114.5亿人民币增至约144.1亿人民币，增幅约26%。

　　广州农村商业银行股份有限公司成立于2006年10月，法定代表人为蔡建，经营范围为货币银行服务、专业停车场服务、保险兼业代理。股东信息显示，该公司由广州金融控股集团有限公司、广州地铁集团有限公司、广州城市更新集团有限公司等共同持股。
