智通财经APP讯，意达利控股(00720)发布公告，集团预期于截至2025年6月30日止六个月将录得公司拥有人应占综合溢利约800万港元至1800万港元，而截至2024年6月30日止期间则录得公司拥有人应占综合亏损约7690万港元。
集团表现于本期间改善主要可归因于(i)本期间透过损益按公平值计量的集团于一间联营公司的投资的未变现公平值亏损减少至约110万港元，而上期间约为6020万港元;及(ii)本期间投资物业的未变现公平值收益净额约为1610万港元，而上期间为公平值亏损约300万港元。上述公平值变动属非现金性质。
