智通财经APP讯，紫元元(08223)发布公告，黄国新先生已辞任公司联席公司秘书、香港联合交易所有限公司GEM证券上市规则第5.24条项下的公司授权代表及根据公司条例(香港法例第622章)第16部及GEM上市规则第24.05(2)条规定代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件或通知公司的授权代表(法律程序文件代理人)，自2025年8月20日起生效。
紧随黄国新先生辞任后，公司的现任公司秘书李新培女士将继续担任公司秘书，而李新培女士已获委任为授权代表及法律程序文件代理人，自2025年8月20日起生效。变更后，授权代表为张俊深先生及李新培女士。
