　　在提交给监管机构的文件中，Gemini 表示，发行的股票数量和发行价格尚未确定。

　　该公司称，其累计交易量已达 2850 亿美元，截至 6 月 30 日，托管的加密货币价值超过 180 亿美元。

　　文克莱沃斯双胞胎在招股书中写道，有了加密货币，“一个新的黄金时代即将到来”。他们表示，金融市场 “正朝着链上转移”，“数字资产正深刻改变我们交易和存储价值的方式”。他们还补充道，“这就是加密货币的前沿领域”，而 Gemini 是这一领域的 “超级应用”。

　　该公司指出，其计划在纳斯达克上市，股票代码为 “GEMI”。
