APA Group (ASX:APA) reported on Wednesday its fiscal year 2025 underlying earnings of AU$0.173 per security, down from AU$0.189 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of AU$0.12.

Revenue for the 12 months ended June 30, including shares from net profit from joint ventures and associates, was AU$3.2 billion, compared with AU$3.06 billion a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected AU$3.17 billion.

The company said it expects full fiscal year 2026 distributions of AU$0.58 per diluted share on underlying EBITDA of AU$2.12 billion to AU$2.20 billion.

The board declared a final distribution of AU$0.30 per share, up from AU$0.29 a year earlier, payable Sept. 10 to shareholders on record as of June 30.
