智通财经APP获悉，Terawulf公司(WULF.US)周一宣布，谷歌(GOOGL.US)已同意提供14亿美元资金，以支持Terawulf位于纽约州西部的Lake Mariner数据中心园区扩建项目。作为回报将获得认股权证，若行权，谷歌在Terawulf的持股比例或提升至约14%。
受此消息影响，Terawulf股价在美股盘前大涨，截至发稿，该股盘前上涨11%。
Terawulf的租户、人工智能云平台Fluidstack已行使扩建期权，包括新增一座名为CB-5的数据中心大楼。该建筑将提供160兆瓦的额外关键IT负载，预计于2026年下半年投入运营。
谷歌同意再为Lake Mariner数据中心项目提供一笔财务担保，对该项目总担保金额增至32亿美元。作为追加担保的对价，谷歌将获得可认购3,250万股TeraWulf普通股的认股权证。
此次新增认股权证将叠加谷歌此前已经持有的Terawulf公司认股权证上，若全部行权，此前权证将占这家比特币挖矿及高性能计算运营商8%的股权比例(按比例计算)。
Terawulf表示，CB-5的租赁条款与Fluidstack此前针对CB-3和CB-4的初始租赁条款在经济条件上保持一致。
