智通财经APP获悉，周二，中国领先的农业产业互联网企业一亩田(YMT.US)成功登陆纳斯达克，开盘涨超29%，报5.29美元。一亩田成立于2011年，从最初信息服务平台成长为目前覆盖农业全产业链的综合性数字农业企业，累计服务超5600万用户，获红杉中国、云锋基金、DST等顶级机构投资，是中国农业互联网的领军企业。
招股书显示，按2024年收入和月活跃商家数量计算，一亩田是中国大陆最大的农业B2B平台。其中一亩田APP数字平台是公司基础业务，以互联网平台进行农产品B2B产销对接，主要用户为产地农产品经纪人及销地批发商、商超、电商等各类大宗农产品买家。
