ChainCatcher 消息，据 PRNewswire 报道，美国特拉华州可再生能源开发商 Green Minting Technologies" Mint "宣布与 GEM Digital 达成 1.5 亿美元投资协议。资金将用于建设 600 兆瓦离网可再生能源项目，支持比特币挖矿与 AI 数据中心运营。
Mint 计划通过其 MINT 代币进行初始交易所发行（IEO），目标募集 4 亿美元。公司首席执行官 Alex Wey 表示，MINT 代币将使个人投资者能够以较低成本参与规模化的可再生能源挖矿和计算服务，推动比特币挖矿生态的去中心化。项目还将配置部分资源用于开发支持 AI 工具的高性能数据中心。
