8月15日，协鑫新能源（00451）发布公告，预计截至2025年6月30日的六个月期间将录得毛利约7000万元至8000万元，而截至2024年6月30日的六个月期间录得毛利7000万元。此外，预计该期间将录得净亏损约2.5亿元，而截至2024年6月30日的六个月期间则录得净亏损7400万元。
董事会指出，业绩变动的主要原因是因根据先前出售的光伏电站项目的买卖协议，向不同买方就出售项目之补偿一次性计提约2.95亿元。补偿条款包括光伏电站消缺整改费用、税务补偿条款等，具体的税款结算范围和基准仍需与相关地方税务机关协商确定。公司仍在落实未经过审计的综合中期业绩，相关数据可能会进一步调整。
