智通财经APP讯,香港小轮(集团)(00050)发布公告,于2025年8月19日,买方兴领投资有限公司(公司全资附属公司)与卖方民熹国际投资有限公司及代理人订立临时协议,据此,受限于及按照临时协议的条款,买方同意收购及卖方同意出售该物业,代价为港币2.6亿元。
该物业为位于香港新界荃湾众安街55号大鸿辉(荃湾)中心(其为一商业发展项目)地下A区的多个商铺(总楼面面积约为12720平方尺)及标牌区。
公告称,收购事项符合集团的策略,并代表集团现有物业投资业务的扩展。考虑到该物业在荃湾的位置优越且已有租约及特许权,董事会认为收购事项可为集团带来租金收入,并增强其收入基础。
