智通财经APP讯，粤港湾控股(01396)公布，该集团预期于2025年上半年公司权益股东应占利润不少于人民币9亿元，2024年同期公司权益股东应占亏损约10.28亿元，实现了利润的大幅增长。
公告称，业绩转亏为盈主要归因于发行强制可换股债券以赎回公司发行的2029年到期美元计价优先票据(ISIN:XS2609459123;通用代码:260945912)，产生了约人民币14亿元的债务重组收入(约港币15亿元)，及销售费用、管理费用及融资费用较前期间下降了约人民币8700万元(约港币9310万元)，此乃由于公司营运及管理水准持续提升所致。
