智通财经APP讯，小鱼盈通(00139)发布公告，董事会建议实施股本重组，涉及：(i)股份合并，据此，每20股已发行及未发行现有股份将合并为1股合并股份;(ii)股本削减，据此，公司已发行股本将予以削减，方法为(a)将合并股份的总数目向下凑整至最接近整数(如需);及(b)注销公司的缴足股本，将当时每股已发行合并股份的面值由0.20港元削减0.19港元至0.01港元;(iii)每股面值0.20港元的法定但未发行合并股份(包括股本削减产生的法定但未发行合并股份)将拆细为20股每股面值0.01港元的新股份，因此紧随股本重组后，公司的法定股本将维持于8亿港元(分为800亿股新股份);及(iv)将股本削减的所有进账转至公司的实缴盈余账。
于本公告日期，现有股份以每手买卖单位14000股现有股份于联交所买卖。受限于及有待股本重组生效后，建议于联交所买卖的每手买卖单位由14000股现有股份更改为10000股新股份。
