Odaily星球日报讯 由特朗普家族支持的社交媒体公司 Thumzup 宣布将以全股票交易方式收购专注于狗狗币和莱特币挖矿的工业级区块链矿企 Dogehash Technologies。此次收购是其进军加密货币矿业的战略举措之一。Dogehash 目前在北美运营 2500 台 Scrypt ASIC 矿机，主要使用可再生能源，并计划进一步扩展矿机规模。
Thumzup 于 7 月通过普通股发行筹集了 5000 万美元资金，用于购买 BTC、ETH、DOGE、LTC 和 XRP 等资产，同时支持加密货币挖矿业务的发展。
根据协议，Dogehash 股东将以 30.7 百万股 Thumzup 股票交换其全部股份。合并后的公司将更名为“Dogehash Technologies Holdings, Inc.”，并以新代码“XDOG”在纳斯达克交易，预计交易将在年底前完成。
Thumzup 表示，合并后的公司将成为全球领先的狗狗币挖矿平台，同时通过 DogeOS 生态系统中的 DeFi 产品质押狗狗币 Layer-2 基础设施，提升矿工收益并放大区块奖励之外的收益。（The Block）
