据澎湃，上海前滩国际商务区的首个租赁住宅项目“前滩雍萃46”成功转让。8月19日，知情人士表示，竞买人为上海国资背景的基金，意在盘活资产，未来基金退出渠道会考虑多种可能性，包括REITs在内。今年7月7日，上海前滩国际商务区投资（集团）有限公司在上海联合产权交易所挂牌转让上海鸿霈置业有限公司100%股权及转让方对标的企业4.89亿元债权，转让底价9.45亿元。
