华检医疗拟授权购买加密货币 总额不超30亿港元
8月15日，华检医疗（01931）发布公告，拟进行潜在加密货币购买，董事会建议寻求股东批准授出购买授权。该授权将允许公司在未来36个月内在公开市场上购买加密货币，总金额不超过30亿港元。此举旨在夯实以太坊（ETH）储备金库，并加速ivd.xyz交易所生态的构建，属于公司资产配置策略的重要组成部分。
公告指出，若潜在加密货币购买完成，因其适用百分比率超出25%但低于100%，将构成重大收购事项，需遵守上市规则相关申报及公告规定。公司预计于2025年9月5日或之前寄发详细通函，告知股东潜在购买的更多信息及特别大会的安排。由于加密货币市场的波动性，公司将审慎选择购买时机，并根据市场情况进行决策。
