公司在2024年同期大幅计提关联方贸易应收款的减值拨备，自2024年下半年至今，公司通过采取修订合同信用条款、主动调整业务模式、积极寻找工抵资产、提起诉讼等方式，有效控制关联方及房地产企业相关业务往来的应收款余额。截至2025年6月30日止六个月，公司预计对关联方贸易及其他应收款项无新增大额计提减值拨备。公司聚焦经营利润及经营现金流，对于房地产相关类的外延增值服务进行严格控制，确保只留有稳定现金流的高质量业务;对于物业管理及城市服务类的项目结构进行优化，确保项目有稳定的经营利润及经营现金流。公司预计经营性现金流相比2024年同期有所改善。
