智通财经APP讯，复星国际(00656)发布公告，于2025年8月16日，海南矿业(公司的附属公司，作为投资人)与王中喜先生、王琛先生、柏帝投资、中原能矿(目标公司洛阳丰瑞氟业有限公司的现有股东)及目标公司签订增资协议，据此，海南矿业以人民币3亿元现金方式认购目标公司的新增注册资本人民币3388.5万元，占本次增资后目标公司经扩大股权总额的15.7895%。本次增资完成后，公司透过海南矿业间接持有目标公司15.7895%的股权。
公告称，海南矿业聚焦战略性资源的勘探、开发和运营业务，本次增资参股丰瑞氟业符合海南矿业战略规划，有助于进一步优化海南矿业资源产业布局，提升海南矿业盈利能力。
