Hammer Metals (ASX:HMX) started drilling at the Bronzewing South tenement within the Yandal project in Western Australia, targeting a high-grade mineralized zone identified at depth, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
The drilling program will focus on targets identified in its recent project review, including the Boundary Eastern Zone, Central Mineralized Zone, and contacts of the Hamster Granite, the filing said.
The company will also test the granite contact at Ken's Bore, where soil and rock chip gold anomalies have been previously identified, according to the filing.
