智通财经APP讯，康华医疗(03689)发布公告，集团预期与截至2024年6月30日止六个月取得亏损约人民币2470万元相比，截至2025年6月30日止六个月取得溢利人民币3200万元至人民币3300万元(管理层仍在确定最终金额)。
上述情况乃主要归因于集团出让康心医院的55%股权：
由于出让(其于2025年2月完成)，集团预期于2025年中期取得出让收益约人民币1950万元。
康心医院过往数年持续取得亏损。于出让后，康心医院的财务业绩已从集团财务业绩中取消综合入账。集团已以权益法将其于康心医院的余下45%股权入账列作“联营公司的权益”，及预期于2025年中期取得应占康心医院亏损约人民币1840万元。康心医院余下55%的亏损并无于2025年中期综合入账至集团的财务业绩。因此，与出让前全面综合入账康心医院的亏损相比，该出让已对集团的财务业绩产生净正面影响。
