澳洲领先的农村兽医企业及兽医诊所运营商Apiam Animal Health Ltd (ASX股票代码:AHX) 收到来自Adamantem资本管理有限公司的非约束性指示性提案。

Adamantem拟以每股0.88澳元现金报价，通过协议安排形式收购Apiam全部股份。Adamantem已与Apiam创始人背后家族企业就其持有的19.9%股份签署了买入期权协议。

Apiam表示正在对包括该提案在内的多份主动报价要约进行评估。

AHX周一应声暴涨44.86%。

中报显示，截止2024年底的前半财年Apiam创营收1.06亿澳元，蒙受净亏损150万澳元。

澳华财经在线数据库显示，AHX最新价0.775澳元，已发行股本1.84亿股，市值1.43亿澳元。

截止上季度末公司账面现金结余319万澳元。
