This acquisition aims to enhance Salesforce's capabilities in agentic process automation by integrating Regrello's technology with its existing platforms, Agentforce and Slack. The goal is to transform manual and inefficient activities into streamlined automations, thereby advancing the concept of an agentic enterprise where human and AI collaboration enhances productivity. The transaction is expected to close in Salesforce's third fiscal quarter of 2026 and will be funded through cash on hand. Salesforce President and Chief Product Officer, Steve Fisher, highlighted the integration's potential to convert unstructured tasks into coordinated workflows, empowering employees to automate manual tasks and improve customer service delivery.
