公告称，亏损主要由于按公平值计入损益 的金融资产公平值估值亏损净额约港币469万元(2024年上半年：亏损净额约港币1.2441亿元)，及本期间产生的一般及行政支出约港币1226万元(2024年上半年：约港币406万元)。于本期间，该集团的利息收入约为港币537万元(2024年上半年：约港币96万元)。于本期间，该集团按公平值计入损益的金融资产公平值估值亏损净额约港币469万元(2024年上半年：亏损净额约港币1.2441亿元)。
