Treasure Global Inc. has announced an amendment to its Bylaws, reducing the quorum requirement for stockholder meetings. The new amendment stipulates that 33 1/3% of the voting power of the stock, either in person or by proxy, will now constitute a quorum, a change from the previous requirement of a majority. This adjustment applies to general meetings and any separate class or series votes.
