智通财经APP讯，骏码半导体(08490)发布公告，本集团预计于截至2025年6月30日止期间的本公司持有人应占亏损将约为3040万港元(2024年同期取得本公司持有人应占溢利约220万港元)。由盈转亏的主要原因乃由于：部分无形资产取得减值亏损;及集团的产品的营业额及毛利率于本期间取得下跌。
上述于本期间确认的减值亏损乃由于竞争激烈及于2025年上半年内整体消费意欲减弱，导致若干产品的表现逊于预期。上述的减值为非现金开支，不会对本集团本期间的整体营运造成任何影响。本集团于本期间的除利息、税项、厂房及设备折旧及无形资产摊销前溢利约为250万港元(截至2024年6月30日止：约1870万港元)。
