路透圣保罗8月18日 - 据路透看到的法庭文件显示，中国滴滴全球股份有限公司92Sy.D的巴西子公司周一在圣保罗一家法院起诉中国竞争对手Keeta，指控其商标侵权和不正当竞争。
数日前，Keeta在巴西起诉滴滴巴西子公司99，称其食品外卖应用99Food试图限制餐馆与两个以上的外卖平台合作。
在周一的诉讼中，99指控中国外卖巨头美团 3690.HK旗下的Keeta使用与99平台相似的配色、图形和字体，在巴西市场 "推动其商业运营"。诉讼称，"大量的视觉相似...引起消费者的过度混淆，被告试图'搭99的便车'"，并要求法院命令Keeta更改其标识。
Keeta在给路透的一份声明中表示，其标识和配色与美团的关联已超过 14 年，与 Keeta 本身的关联也已超过三年。99未予置评。(完)
