Frasers Property (SGX:TQ5) is set to privatize Frasers Hospitality Trust (SGX:ACV) following a vote where 86% of the shareholders approved it, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Frasers Property shares were down over 2% in Monday trading.
