　　8月18日消息，港股半导体板块走弱，华虹半导体盘中一度跌超10%，上海复旦跌超3%，脑洞科技跌超2%。

　　8月15日消息，美国总统特朗普表示，他将在未来两周内对半导体征收关税，这是他准备大幅扩大关税制度的最新迹象。特朗普周五在飞往阿拉斯加与俄罗斯总统普京举行峰会的途中在空军一号上称：“我将在下周和下下周确定钢铁和芯片的关税，我想说的是芯片和半导体，我们将在下周或几周后的某个时候确定。”目前尚不清楚特朗普是否在钢铁关税问题上说错了。他已经在6月份将钢铁和铝的进口关税提高到50%。总统一再承诺，将在几周内对芯片和药品征收关税，但尚未作出正式宣布。此外，特朗普还暗示对进口半导体征收的关税可能会更高，特朗普表示：“我打算设定的税率可能是200%，又或许是300%？”

　　此外，华虹公司（688347.SH）公告称，为解决IPO承诺的同业竞争事项，公司正在筹划以发行股份及支付现金的方式购买上海华力微电子有限公司控股权，同时配套募集资金。本次收购标的资产为上海华力微电子有限公司所运营的与华虹公司在65/55nm和40nm存在同业竞争的资产（华虹五厂）所对应的股权。目前，该标的资产正处于分立阶段。
