智通财经APP获悉，比特币储备及商业软件公司Strategy(MSTR.US)周一宣布，在2025年8月11日至17日期间，公司以总价5140万美元购入430枚比特币。此次增持使公司比特币总持仓量达到629,378枚，估值为461.5亿美元。
此次交易中，这一原生加密货币的平均购入价格为每枚11.97万美元。受比特币价格下跌2.4%至11.54万美元影响，Strategy股价在周一交易中下跌，截至发稿，该股下跌0.85%。
Strategy还更新了其“按市价发行”(ATM)股权计划的募集资金用途说明：“当公司定义的mNAV(经调整净资产价值)低于2.5倍时，Strategy将策略性发行Strategy股票，用于(1)支付债务利息;(2)支付优先股股息;(3)其他公司认为有利的情形。”与此前指引相比，新增了第三项用途。
公司在一份文件的幻灯片中说明，mNAV的计算方式为企业价值除以比特币净资产价值。
8月11日至17日期间，Strategy未通过普通股ATM计划出售任何股票，但出售了179,687股STRK股票，净募资1930万美元;162,670股STRF股票，净募资1900万美元;以及140,789股STRD股票，净募资1410万美元，总净募资额达5040万美元。
