智通财经APP获悉，近日，中国资产表现强劲，这推动了在美上市的中概股强势拉升，其中，晖阳新能源(EPOW.US)周一收盘涨超11%，创五个月来最大涨幅。数据显示，周一A股创下多项纪录，其中沪指创10年来新高，纳斯达克中国金龙指数自8月以来也一直保持上涨态势。
个股消息面上，晖阳新能源近日宣布，公司与SDH (HK) New Energy Tech Co.、Kekecely Ltd及Simple Cloud Technology达成合资协议，在美国特拉华州共同成立Alchemistica Inc.。该合资企业注册资本总额为100万美元，旨在支持晖阳新能源拓展美国市场，重点开展能源领域的研发、营销及本土化生产。晖阳新能源及其子公司将持有合资企业71%的股权，此举有望增强其在美国市场的竞争地位与运营能力。
