8月19日，在《罗永浩的十字路口》节目中，李想谈创业生涯至暗时刻：第一个是在做泡泡网的时候，当时公司大概三四十人。那时候不会做管理，所以完全不关注人。“前几天大家好好的，第二天90%人辞职了，公司就只剩下五六个人，人全没了，他们都商量好的，一天辞职，而且都找好了下家了。有的其实去了别的公司，然后有的出去创业了，一个电话往回找，就没有人回来。”

　　他表示原因是“觉得基本上那时候就是个独裁、暴君、完全没有人情味儿，只关注事儿，完全不关注人，然后也不懂管理。”
