9R (SGX:1Y1) allotted and issued 102,300 shares upon the exercise of warrants at a price of SG$0.04 apiece, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
Following the issue, the total number of issued shares in the company has increased to 1,111,862,452.
The shares are expected to be listed and quoted on or around Aug. 21.
