新华财经北京8月19日电 郑州航空港经济综合实验区管理委员会19日发布关于印发郑州航空港经济综合实验区金融机构集聚及金融服务实体经济办法的通知称，对航空港区通过贷款形式从境外融入本外币资金的企业，按照不超过其实际融资金额的1%给予奖励，单个企业年度奖励金额最高不超过100万元。对通过发行境外债券方式成功实现融资的企业，按照其融资金额的2‰给予奖励，单个企业年度奖励金额最高不超过200万元。

同时，鼓励发展绿色金融业务。对每笔绿色债券在存续期内给予利息补贴，贴息比例为每年累计实际付息额的10%。同一笔债券业务补贴期最长3年。每家企业每年债券市场融资贴息累计不超过200万元，以自然年作为计算标准（债券性质判定以交易所或交易商协会公告为主）。
