智通财经APP讯，精英汇集团(01775)发布公告，于2025年8月18日，公司拟向认购人董柏佑(TUNG, Po-yu)配发及发行合共2538万股认购股份，相当于经配发及发行认购股份扩大的已发行股份总数约4.76%。认购价每股认购股份0.50港元，较8月18日收市价每股0.415港元溢价约20.48%。
发行认购股份的所得款项净额估计约为1257万港元。公司拟将认购事项的所得款项净额以支持下列集团的增长及营运改善：30%用作提升教学中心的基础设施及科技，并引入例如人工智能工具及系统等先进方案，以升级学习平台、评估工具及管理系统;30%用作透过招聘高水平的教学专业人员及专家，开展培训及发展计划，重点培训创新教学方法的运用，从而强化及扩大教学团队;10%用于透过广告及宣传活动促进品牌发展及知名度;及30%作为营运资金以支持日常营运。
