格隆汇8月20日｜BOSS直聘8月20日公布了两项关于股东回报的方案，与所有投资人共同分享公司持续成长的红利。第一是公司将开展一项“年度股息政策”，未来每年视公司营运情况向股东派发现金股息。2025年度的年度现金股息预计在2025年10月派发，拟派付股息总额约为8000万美元。第二是对2024年8月通过的现有股份回购计划延长12个月至2026年8月底，期间公司将回购最多为2.5亿美元(此前计划为1.5亿美元)的股份。
