Mapletree Industrial Trust (SGX:ME8U) completed the divestment of three industrial properties in Singapore, according to a Friday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the trust were up nearly 1% in Monday trading.
Following the divestment, the trust's portfolio now comprises 55 properties in North America, 79 properties in Singapore and two in Japan.
