2025年中期预期亏损主要受以下各项的综合影响：集团软件业务的分部溢利约550万港元(2024年中期：溢利约570万港元 );集团证券投资业务的分部亏损约50万港元(2024年中期：溢利约250万港元)，乃主要由于透过损益以公平价值列账的金融资产的已变现及未变现亏损净额为约50万港元(2024年中期：收益约240万港元);集团企业管理解决方案及资讯科技合约服务业务的分部亏损约320万港元(2024年中期：溢利约9万港元)，乃主要由于资讯科技行业竞争激烈及商誉减值亏损约230万港元(2024年中期：无)所致;集团企业对消费者网上销售平台及企业对企业产品贸易业务的分部亏损约40万港元(2024年中期：亏损约70万港元);及其他企业开支略微增加至约730万港元(2024年中期：约650万港元)。
