智通财经APP获悉，声通科技(02495)早盘涨近40%，截至发稿，涨34.87%，报92.25港元，成交额7932.01万港元。
消息面上，声通科技此前公布，预计2025年上半年净利润不低于5000万元，相较2024年同期5.9亿元的净亏损，实现扭亏为盈。董事会认为预期扭亏为盈主要归因于全球发售完成后，可赎回出资款的结余由金融负债重新分类为股本，以及公司业务稳步增长，销售订单及交付量不断增加。
公开资料显示，声通科技是一家以人工智能技术为核心的全栈式交互解决方案提供商，被称为港股“交互式AI第一股”，其核心竞争力就是全栈AI能力，由声通科技自主研发的“Voicecomm Brain”作为智能中枢，深度融合语音识别、自然语言处理、多模态交互等技术，支持TAPI、TSAPI、CSTA等国际通信协议，兼容95%以上的企业业务系统，实现跨平台、跨系统的无缝连接。
