纯利减少乃主要由于物业管理服务(因中国房地产行业持续下行导致本集团截至2025年6月30日止6个月的在管的总建筑面积较2024年同期减少 ); 向非业主提供的增值服务(尤其是向力高地产集团有限公司(力高地产，本公司的控股股东，其股份于联交所上市(01622))提供的售楼处物业服务)(因力高地产交付的项目减少);及社区医疗保健服务(因截至2025年6月30日止6个月力高地产向其物业购买客户销售的医疗保健服务卡采购量较2024年同期减少)产生的收入减少;及考虑到中国房地产行业的关联方及第三方的信用风险及财务状况，截至2025年6月30日止6个月，对应收第三方及关联方贸易款项作出的减值亏损拨备增加。
